To prepare the dough, break the eggs into a bowl, add granulated sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Beat everything together with a mixer until a fluffy light foam is obtained. Then pour in odorless vegetable oil, mix. Next, add kefir, mix. Such a pie rises especially well if the kefir is sour, suitable for the end of the shelf life.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. We grease the baking dish with vegetable oil or cover it with oiled parchment - this will then simplify the process of extracting the finished baked goods. We put the form with the dough on the middle level of an already hot oven and bake for approximately forty - forty-five minutes. The dough should noticeably increase in volume, the surface will be covered with a golden brown crust.
