Try blueberry kefir pie. The baked goods are quite light in calorie content, since the composition does not include butter or margarine. In addition, the addition of berries makes such a pie even healthier. The inside of the product is soft, porous, slightly damp due to berries. The crust of the pie is soft, golden.

To prepare the dough, break the eggs into a bowl, add granulated sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Beat everything together with a mixer until a fluffy light foam is obtained. Then pour in odorless vegetable oil, mix. Next, add kefir, mix. Such a pie rises especially well if the kefir is sour, suitable for the end of the shelf life.

Sift the flour together with soda and add to the resulting egg-kefir mass. With a whisk, knead a homogeneous dough, in consistency reminiscent of thick sour cream.

We prepare the berries: we sort them out, rinse them in running water, dry them well on a towel from residual moisture. If the blueberries have been frozen, it is not necessary to defrost them beforehand. Pour the berries into the kneaded dough, mix gently.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. We grease the baking dish with vegetable oil or cover it with oiled parchment - this will then simplify the process of extracting the finished baked goods. We put the form with the dough on the middle level of an already hot oven and bake for approximately forty - forty-five minutes. The dough should noticeably increase in volume, the surface will be covered with a golden brown crust.
