To prepare shortcrust pastry, melt the butter to a liquid state. Add sour cream, salt and granulated sugar to it. We mix. Sift the flour together with baking powder and add to the resulting mass. Quickly knead a soft, tender dough. We put it in a mold and evenly distribute it with our hands along the bottom, we also form the sides. We put the form with the dough in the freezer for a few minutes so that it fixes.

Preparing the sour cream filling. To do this, in a separate bowl, mix sour cream, eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix everything together by hand with a whisk or mixer until completely homogeneous.
