If you still have frozen currants or jam from it and you don't want to eat them at all, you can quickly and simply make a jellied kefir pie with this berry. The baked goods will be light, fluffy, tasty and with a pleasant sourness of this berry. The ingredients for the pie should be at room temperature and the currants should be defrosted beforehand.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Pour kefir into a bowl for kneading dough, lick thawed currants or jam to it, add the amount of soda and sugar indicated in the recipe and mix well with a whisk. Leave this liquid dough base for 20 minutes so that the soda reacts with the kefir, and small gas bubbles will appear on the surface of the mixture.
