The recipe is a godsend for lovers of hearty snack baked goods. Knead the dough for the pie with sour cream and mayonnaise - this combination will give a fine-porous wet crumb and a golden brown crust. For the filling, fry the cabbage and potatoes cut into circles. We combine vegetables with grated cheese, paprika and sesame seeds - the final taste of the pie is very rich and multifaceted. Such pastries are good both warm and cold.
