Jellied cabbage pie in a Redmond slow cooker

A quick pie recipe. It is easier to prepare than a classic jellied pie, since vegetable frying is done in a multicooker bowl and poured with dough in it. The baked goods are very juicy and resemble a casserole. Can be served hot or cold. After cooling, the cake sets and retains its shape better.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We heat the multicooker in the "Fry" mode. Pour a small amount of odorless vegetable oil into the bowl. Peel and cut onions into thin half rings. Pour the chopped onion into a bowl and fry with stirring until transparent. Turn off the multicooker.
step 2 out of 5
Finely chop the white cabbage and rub it with your hands with a little salt. Grate hard cheese. Pour the prepared cabbage and cheese shavings into the bowl to the onion. Add black ground pepper, mix well with a spatula.
step 3 out of 5
To prepare the dough in a separate bowl, first mix the liquid ingredients with a whisk: eggs and kefir. Then add salt, baking powder and sown flour, mix thoroughly. The kneaded dough will be as thin as pancakes. Pour this mass into cabbage with onions and cheese in a bowl. Stir lightly with a spatula so that the dough sinks to the bottom of the bowl. Close the lid and select the "Baking" mode for forty minutes.
step 4 out of 5
When the running time of the program ends, turn off the device, open the lid, but do not touch the cake - let it stand in a hot bowl for another twenty minutes. After that, carefully remove it and transfer it to a flat plate.
step 5 out of 5
Serve the cake warm. Additionally, you can serve mayonnaise or sour cream - such liquid sauces are perfect for such baked goods.

Bon Appetit!
