When kneading the dough, it is important to take into account the increased juiciness of the berry and introduce enough fats into the composition. They will provide the dough with a certain density, friability and will not allow the product to get wet. We suggest making a strawberry jellied pie that will rise, remain loose, and the strawberries will show all their juicy charm at the same time.

We take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it softens well by the time the dough is prepared. We break the eggs into a deep container and begin to beat them with a mixer at high speed. Gradually add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and beat everything together until you get a thick, lush, dense light foam. The porosity and airiness of the cake crumb directly depends on the quality of whipping.

Press the prepared strawberries into the dough, trying to distribute them evenly over the entire area of ​​the product.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees. We put the cake pan on the middle level of an already hot oven and bake for thirty-five to forty minutes. The pastry should rise noticeably and cover with a light golden crust. We take the finished cake out of the oven and let it cool completely. We transfer the product to a dish and serve it cooled down. For decoration, fresh strawberries can be laid out on the surface.
