Blueberries are a very healthy berry. It is worth including it on the menu more often - and this is a great reason to cook blueberry pies. This will be just the case when the pastries are not only tasty, but also mostly healthy. We suggest kneading the dough for the pie with cottage cheese and butter - it will have a slightly layered texture. And we will make the filling classic - on sour cream and yolks. To appreciate all the charm of such a jellied pie, let it cool and stabilize well before serving.
Ingredients
Cooking process
To prepare the curd dough, put the curd, cold butter, cut into pieces in a wide bowl or on a cutting board, and sift the flour on top. With a knife, we begin to chop everything together until we get large crumbs. Add salt and egg, quickly knead the dough with your hands. In the dough, undissolved pieces of butter should remain - this will provide layering and airiness.
Grease the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil or cover it with oiled parchment. The silicone mold can be left without lubrication. We put the dough in a mold and evenly distribute it with our hands along the bottom, we also form the sides. Use a fork to prick the dough so that it does not swell when baking.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. We put the cake pan on the middle level of an already hot oven and bake for about an hour. The dough should be browned around the edges, and the sour cream filling should thicken and thicken. We take the finished product out of the oven and be sure to let it cool completely before serving.
Bon Appetit!
