You can also not bother with such a dish and cook ordinary potatoes, it will turn out delicious and satisfying.

After defrosting, frozen chanterelles can taste bitter, therefore they must first be soaked for 2-3 hours in cold water. Then drain the water through a sieve, boil the mushrooms in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain the water, rinse the chanterelles in cold water. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Reduce fire.
