For something delicious and easy to make, try a cauliflower casserole. A light, low-calorie meal perfect for dinner. Cabbage lovers will certainly appreciate the casserole. The casserole turns out to be very tender with a ruddy, stretching cheese crust.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 11
Prepare the food you need.
step 2 out of 11
Pour cold water into a deep saucepan, salt, put on medium heat, bring to a boil. Divide the cabbage into medium-sized inflorescences.
step 3 out of 11
Place the cauliflower buds in boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes.
step 4 out of 11
Toss the cauliflower in a colander to drain the excess liquid. Place butter and cauliflower in a well-heated skillet. Fry until golden brown.
step 5 out of 11
Break chicken eggs into a deep container, add salt and mayonnaise.
step 6 out of 11
Stir well. In the absence of mayonnaise, you can take 5-6 tablespoons of milk.
step 7 out of 11
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and transfer to the egg mixture, mix well.
step 8 out of 11
Grease the prepared baking dish with a small amount of oil (if the mold is silicone, you do not need to grease it). Place the sautéed cauliflower in an even layer.
step 9 out of 11
Fill with the previously prepared fill, evenly distributing it over the entire form.
step 10 out of 11
Bake for 15 minutes in a well-preheated oven at 180 degrees.
step 11 out of 11
Remove casserole from oven and let cool. Gently transfer the cooked casserole to a dish. Cut into portions. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Bon Appetit!
