Cauliflower casserole without cheese

Don't ignore vegetables, and in particular cauliflower; it just needs to be added to the diet in order to eat right. For example, make a casserole out of it. This dish will turn out to be very tasty, and also healthy, since cauliflower contains a lot of fiber, minerals and vitamins.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 13
Wash cauliflower, disassemble into small inflorescences, boil until half cooked in salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes, no more.
step 2 out of 13
Cut the tomato into thin slices and the bell pepper into cubes.
step 3 out of 13
Crack the egg over a bowl, separating the yolk from the white.
step 4 out of 13
Prepare the sauce for the casserole. Add not too heavy cream to the yolk and whisk the mass with a whisk, then add grated cheese, as well as salt and spices.
step 5 out of 13
Beat the protein in a fluffy foam along with salt until stable peaks - this is important so that the casserole does not settle after cooking.
step 6 out of 13
Strain the cauliflower from the water and cool.
step 7 out of 13
Grind cabbage stalks with a blender and add them to the egg sauce.
step 8 out of 13
Add the proteins to the sauce, being careful not to settle.
step 9 out of 13
Grease a baking dish with butter (you can also sprinkle with breadcrumbs) and put half of the cabbage inflorescences into it.
step 10 out of 13
Place half of the tomato and pepper on top.
step 11 out of 13
Put the cabbage on top, then the rest of the tomato and pepper, compact with a spoon.
step 12 out of 13
Pour the sauce over the casserole and leave it in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 190-200 degrees.
step 13 out of 13
Cauliflower casserole without cheese is best served hot.
