Cauliflower is incredibly healthy and contains many essential vitamins. But not all children like it raw. Try making a delicious casserole. Combined with cheese and sauce, cauliflower tastes completely different.

First, thoroughly rinse the cabbage and divide it into inflorescences. We put the water to a boil, lightly salt it and cook the cauliflower until completely cooked. We drain the water through a colander.
