Cauliflower and zucchini casserole

Vegetable casserole is a hearty and appetizing dish. Its peculiarity is a large amount of vitamins and low calorie content, which is good news. The casserole does not require much preparation.

We wash the cauliflower and divide into small pieces. Cook for about 10 minutes, drain the water and leave for a while.
