Cauliflower and chicken fillet casserole

A casserole of meat and vegetables is considered one of the most healthy meals. One of the options for such a healthy dish is cooking chicken casserole with cauliflower in the oven. Thanks to this cooking method, the maximum of healthy ingredients in the products is preserved.

Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences, then rinse them and boil them in boiling salted water for several minutes. The vegetable should remain crispy on the inside.
