Cauliflower casserole with chicken

When you need to cook something light and nutritious for dinner, while not time-consuming, remember about casseroles. The cauliflower and chicken version is distinguished by its delicate taste and juiciness and, importantly, the speed of preparation.

In boiling salted water, boil the frozen cauliflower inflorescences. This will take about seven minutes.

Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and put chicken pieces and onions, lightly fry at medium temperature for three to four minutes. During frying, add the basil and season the ingredients with salt and pepper.

Pour eggs and milk into a separate bowl. Mix with a mixer or hand blender until smooth.

Grease the form in which we will cook the casserole well and put the fried chicken pieces with onions in it. Boiled cauliflower needs to be further disassembled into small inflorescences and put on top evenly around the entire perimeter of the form.

Fill the collected casserole with milk and eggs.

On a coarse grater, three cheese and sprinkle it on the casserole on top. We put the mold in the oven, which we preheat to 200 degrees. We cook for 25 minutes.
