Cauliflower casserole with meat

Cauliflower is healthy, nutritious and contains a whole bunch of substances valuable to the body. Of course, in season, it is better to use fresh vegetables, but the frozen version is fine. Baked with minced meat in a fragrant sauce and under a cheese head, it is especially tasty and juicy. Given that the meat can be chicken for a lighter version or pork for a higher fat content of the dish, or you can mix both types. And even those who rarely eat cauliflower cannot refuse such a dish.

Fresh cabbage, rinse, divide into inflorescences and boil in boiling water for 5 minutes, salt to taste. Boil frozen immediately without defrosting. Pour the water and set the saucepan aside until the product cools.

Rinse the meat and grind it into minced meat in any way convenient for you.

Peel the onion and garlic, rinse under water. Finely chop the onion with a knife, chop the garlic into thin slices.

Pour oil into a preheated skillet and put onion and garlic pieces on it. Fry briefly, stirring constantly. When the onion is browned, transfer the minced meat there. Continue to sauté over medium heat and season with salt and pepper to your liking at the end of cooking.
