Aromatic salty cauliflower casserole with tomatoes and the addition of cheese will be appropriate as an everyday dish and as a weekend dish. The casserole is cooked in the oven, the vegetables are poured with a mixture of milk and eggs, and then sprinkled with cheese. Delight!

Prepare the necessary products in advance, remove them from the refrigerator in advance so that they have time to warm up to room temperature. Wash tomatoes, cauliflower and eggs.

Put the cabbage water over high heat and bring it to a boil. During this time, sort the cabbage into inflorescences, then rinse it in cold water.

After boiling, salt the water (about 1 tsp. Salt), add prepared cauliflower inflorescences to it. Boil the cabbage for about 15 minutes. over low heat until it becomes soft.
