Aromatic salty cauliflower casserole with tomatoes and the addition of cheese will be appropriate as an everyday dish and as a weekend dish. The casserole is cooked in the oven, the vegetables are poured with a mixture of milk and eggs, and then sprinkled with cheese. Delight!

Grease a baking dish with a piece of butter. You can lay out the products in two ways: either mix and put in a mold, or make the bottom layer of cabbage, then put pieces of tomatoes and cover it all again with a layer of cabbage. Season everything with salt and pepper to your liking. Add your favorite spices if desired.
Pour the blank for the vegetable casserole with a mixture of milk and eggs, sprinkle evenly with grated cheese on top. Cut the cold butter into thin slices and spread over the cheese. Preheat the oven ahead of time to 190 degrees and bake the casserole for about half an hour, until a beautiful brownish crust of cheese is formed.
