Cauliflower casserole is a very tasty dish, especially in the summer-autumn season of this vegetable, because the cauliflower inflorescences are juicy, crispy and very healthy. A perfect combination of a casserole with boiled chicken breast or turkey would be a great idea for a light lunch or dinner.

We disassemble the head of cauliflower into inflorescences, remove the thick legs and rinse in a colander under running water. Boil water in a saucepan (there should be enough water so that the cabbage is completely immersed in it) and add the cabbage, it should cook for 5-6 minutes. Do not boil it for longer, otherwise it will become too soft during baking.
