The long-awaited zucchini season has finally arrived, and we can prepare a variety of dishes with its addition. Today we will be preparing a delicious and satisfying dish - casseroles with rice. We will cook the casserole in a multicooker, which will help you out even when you don't have an oven in your kitchen. Thanks to the uniform heating of the bowl on all sides, the casserole will bake evenly, and an appetizing golden brown crust forms on the bottom.

We wash the rice under running water 2-3 times, then put the rice in the multicooker bowl, fill it with water, set the “Groats” program for 25 minutes, close the lid and press the “Start” button.

Peel the onions, rinse and cut into small cubes. Put the onion in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

We wash the zucchini, remove the stalk, if the zucchini is young, you do not need to peel it and remove the seeds. We rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt, mix and leave it for 10-15 minutes. When the zucchini releases juice, it must be drained.

In a deep container, combine boiled rice, zucchini, cheese, eggs and fried onions. Add salt and pepper.
