Delicious and tender casserole for children with squash puree and semolina. This is a real delight, with a delicious golden crust. Children will be delighted. There is no better dish for a healthy, hearty dinner!

We wash the zucchini, cut off the peel and remove the seeds. Grind or blender into a homogeneous mass. We leave it to insist for 15 minutes so that the juice stands out. After that, we drain it.
