Zucchini and cottage cheese casserole in the oven

You can make cottage cheese casserole not only sweet, but also add zucchini to the dish. This unusual casserole is perfect for breakfast and a light snack on the road or at work.

Grease a baking dish with oil, put a third of the curd mass in it, level it, put a layer of zucchini on top. In total, you will have two layers of courgettes and three layers of cottage cheese.
