The hearty zucchini casserole can be served for a family lunch or dinner. The dish turns out to be nutritious and appetizing thanks to the addition of other vegetables and minced meat.

The minced meat should be defrosted in advance. We slightly salt it and put it in the first layer in a baking dish.

Next, clean the zucchini and grate it. Chop the onion and garlic. Mix vegetables with each other and distribute evenly over the minced meat.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Put the circles on a layer of zucchini. Cover them with mayonnaise on top. Salt and pepper to taste.
