When you are tired of zucchini pancakes, you can make a zucchini casserole for a change. Perhaps it is even easier to cook it, because you do not need to fiddle around the stove for a long time. Add chicken for satiety and fresh herbs for flavor. And sour cream and cheese will give a delicate creamy taste.

We wash the zucchini thoroughly, cut off the ends. If the fruits are ripe, then it is better to cut off the peel and extract the seeds. Free the chicken thighs from the skin.
