First, let's start preparing the meat filling for our casserole. To do this, we send a frying pan poured with vegetable oil on the fire. Add a piece of butter there.

When the pan is hot, put onion and carrots cut into small cubes. Simmer vegetables under a closed lid over low heat until tender.

Ten minutes later, we send the minced beef to the vegetables in the pan. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer for ten minutes.

After that, add tomato paste to the resulting mass. Mix everything again and simmer under a closed lid for five minutes.
