Wash the zucchini and cut off the peel, cut them into two parts, peel them of seeds and rub them on a coarse grater. We squeeze out the juice.

Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry until soft in vegetable oil.

Add minced meat to the onion and fry, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
