Zucchini casserole with cottage cheese and cheese

Zucchini casserole with cottage cheese and cheese will be appreciated by lovers of light, healthy food. This dish resembles a dense cheese omelet with vegetables. The cottage cheese in the finished casserole is not felt, as it "hides" in the richness of the cheese. You can add any greens you want to the casserole. But the most suitable option would be dill - its aroma very well emphasizes the overall taste of the dish.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends on both sides. If the skin is rough, then we must cut it off. We discard the coarse seeds. If the fruits are young, we use them entirely.
step 2 out of 6
Rub the prepared zucchini on a coarse grater. Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper. If the zucchini has released too much juice, it is better to drain some of it. If there is not much juice, we leave it in the total mass.
step 3 out of 6
Add sour cream and eggs to the squash mass, mix thoroughly.
step 4 out of 6
Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Wash the dill, dry it and cut it finely with a knife. Add chopped herbs with garlic, cottage cheese and grated hard cheese to the squash mass. Pour in flour and soda. Mix the whole mass thoroughly until smooth. The consistency should resemble thick sour cream - more flour can be added if necessary.
step 5 out of 6
Grease the casserole dish with oil and put the prepared mass in it. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and put the form on the middle level. We bake the casserole for approximately fifty minutes: during this time, the zucchini should completely soften, and the surface should be well browned.
step 6 out of 6
We take the finished casserole out of the oven and let it stand for a while at room temperature. It is better to cut straight into the mold. The casserole is delicious both hot and cold.

Bon Appetit!
