Zucchini casserole in the microwave

The casserole can also be served hot, but it will taste better when it is slightly cooled. Having spent quite a bit of time and effort, you get a pie of courgettes with a delicate texture, which can be served at a dinner party and prepared for family tea.

Cut the peel from the zucchini and chop it on a grater. Squeeze some liquid out of the vegetable and transfer it to a bowl.

Squeeze out the peeled and washed garlic, add eggs, chopped herbs and spices.

Mix the mixture thoroughly.

Add sour cream, mayonnaise to it, sift flour and baking powder. The latter can be replaced with ½ tsp. soda.

Stir the ingredients until smooth. Grease a heat-resistant container with oil using a brush. Pour the dough into it.

Place the dough pan in the microwave on maximum power for 15 minutes. Then set to the "Grill" setting and bake for 5 minutes to form a blush on the surface of the casserole.

Remove the container from the oven and leave to cool in the mold. Transfer to a flat plate and serve.
