A casserole is a dish that is usually served for breakfast. A hearty mashed potato and chicken casserole can be made for lunch and dinner. This is a fairly simple and budget dish.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cook. Peel the onions and carrots, rinse with water. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Saute vegetables in butter, add salt to taste at the end.

Boil the chicken breast in salted water, cool and grind the meat in a blender.
