A casserole of potatoes, minced meat, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese is an amazing flavor combination! Juicy, in a delicate sauce, appetizing and incredibly satisfying, it will be an excellent lunch or dinner for a large family!

Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices a few millimeters thick.

Peel the onion and cut into squares. We pass it in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.
