A dish that amazes with its simplicity and great taste. The traditional way to make a casserole is to bake it in the oven. Delight your loved ones and prepare a juicy, tender casserole of potatoes, chicken and mushrooms.

Wash the chicken meat, peel the onion. Pass the meat and one onion through a meat grinder.

Finely chop the second onion and fry with the mushrooms in vegetable oil.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, add the mayonnaise and stir.
