The casserole with lavash turns out to be incredibly tasty and tender. You can cook it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In summer, you can add your favorite greens to the filling.

Cut the pita bread into pieces, the size of which will correspond to the size of the baking dish. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
