Pasta and chicken casserole

The pasta and chicken casserole is a quick dish and can be served at any meal you like. What is good about such a casserole is that it is incredibly prepared simply from any leftovers of yesterday's boiled pasta, and boiled or smoked chicken, or even ordinary chicken ham, is used here as a meat component. If the casserole is cold, it will reheat well in the microwave before serving it again.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Boil any pasta in salted water almost until cooked (they should not be completely cooked, since the casserole will still be brought to taste in the oven). Throw the boiled pasta in a colander and rinse.
step 2 out of 9
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, if desired. It is not necessary to lubricate the silicone mold.
step 3 out of 9
Add the eggs to the pasta and stir (you can whisk the eggs beforehand).
step 4 out of 9
The finished chicken fillet must be cut into small pieces. If you are using fresh chicken fillet, cut it into thin slices, season to taste, and sauté in a little vegetable oil in a hot skillet until tender.
step 5 out of 9
Combine all the ingredients together, season to taste and stir.
step 6 out of 9
Lubricate the form with any oil, if necessary - sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the baking mixture into a baking dish.
step 7 out of 9
Smear the casserole with sour cream to make a crust.
step 8 out of 9
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dish until you see that the casserole has set well and holds its shape. A golden crust should appear on top. The approximate baking time is 30 minutes.
step 9 out of 9
Allow the casserole to cool in the pan until warm, then cut into portions and serve with sour cream or sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs.

Bon Appetit!
