We choose pasta from durum wheat so that during the cooking process they do not lose their shape. Put the pasta in a saucepan with boiling salted water and boil until tender. Then we put the pasta in a colander and let the water drain.

We turn on the oven to heat up 180 degrees, and at this time we ourselves will take care of the curd mass. In a deep container, mix cottage cheese, eggs and salt. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
