Pasta casserole with minced meat and cream

A very simple and delicious casserole of pasta, minced meat and cream a la lazy lasagna. A delicious combination of pasta, meat and cream sauce will perfectly complement your lunch or dinner any day of the week.

Chop one onion into cubes, add vegetable oil to the pan and fry it. Next, add the minced meat and continue to fry, stirring constantly, salt and add spices to taste. Pour the tomatoes in their own juice into the minced meat and simmer for a few more minutes.

Add tomato puree to the minced meat and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Cooking the creamy sauce. Mix milk and cream, add a whole peeled onion, laurel and spices. We put on fire and bring to a boil, then remove from heat and leave for 10 minutes, after the specified time has elapsed, remove the onion and laurel from the mixture.

Add flour to the melted butter in small portions, stir constantly and do not remove from heat for about a minute. Remove the pan from the heat and gradually add some of the cream and milk, stirring thoroughly so as not to crumple. Pour the liquid flour mixture into a saucepan to the rest of the cream and cook, stirring until it boils, as soon as it thickens, turn off the heat.

Lubricate the mold and put half of the cooked pasta in it, grease with some of the butter sauce, lay out a layer of minced meat, grease with sauce. Likewise, lay out the rest of the ingredients in layers.
