Pasta casserole with minced meat and cheese

Pasta casserole with minced meat and cheese turns out to be tasty, satisfying and juicy. Any pasta can be used. Such a casserole is best served for lunch, a high-calorie dish and it will be hard for dinner.

Take a pot of cold water, add salt, and bring to a boil. Discard the pasta and cook until al dente.

Drain the finished pasta through a colander, rinse with cold water and drain off excess liquid.

Peel the onion, place in a blender bowl and chop.

Put the chopped onion into the minced meat, salt and pepper and mix well.

Put the minced meat with onions in a well-heated frying pan. Fry until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Transfer the minced meat to a blender bowl and smooth with a chopper.

Prepare the casserole dish. In a separate container, combine the tomato paste, mayonnaise and milk. Mix everything thoroughly.

Grate the hard cheese with a coarse grater.

Peel the remaining onion and cut into rings. Grease a baking dish with a little vegetable oil. Place the onion, cut into rings, on the bottom. Put the minced meat on top and spread it evenly over the entire surface.

Rinse the greens under running water, dry, chop finely and sprinkle on the tomatoes.

Sprinkle with the remaining half of the grated cheese. Place the baking dish in a well-heated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove the casserole from the oven. Cut the prepared casserole in portions.
