A casserole made with pasta and delicious minced chicken is a real taste of childhood. Juicy and incredibly satisfying, it will turn a family dinner into a pleasant celebration. And cooking such a casserole is quite simple. A little patience - and the culinary masterpiece is ready!

We put the water to a boil, throw pasta into it and cook until tender.

We drain the water and add a spoonful of vegetable oil (or butter, of your choice) to the pasta. This will prevent the pasta from sticking and stay crumbly.

Boil the chicken and roll it through a meat grinder.

Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until light blush.

We combine the ingredients together: onion, noodles, boiled minced meat, egg and milk. Salt and mix thoroughly.

The form in which we will bake the casserole must be well greased with oil, you can also lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs (this is not necessary). We spread the dough into a mold.
