Pasta casserole with minced meat, cheese and cream

Casserole belongs to the category of particularly "lazy" dishes. Firstly, the pasta does not need to be boiled - we pour them into the mold in a raw dry form. Secondly, you do not need to fry the minced meat for the filling. In its raw form, mix it with spices and distribute with your hands over dry pasta. Prepare the filling by hastily mixing eggs, cream and grated cheese. The oven will do the rest. A good option for the evening, when you don't want to stand at the stove, and the family is waiting for a delicious dinner.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Grease the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil. Pour dry pasta into it.
step 2 out of 8
You can use any minced meat: chicken, beef, pork, or mixed options. Of course, it is preferable to use homemade minced meat.
step 3 out of 8
Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes with a knife. We wash, dry and grind the greens. Add onions, herbs, salt, black pepper and a mixture of spices for the minced meat to the minced meat. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
step 4 out of 8
Distribute the prepared minced meat in an even layer over the dry pasta. It is convenient to do this with your hands soaked in water - the minced meat does not stick and is pliable.
step 5 out of 8
Combine eggs, cream and a pinch of salt in a separate container. Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater and pour out the same container. Shake with a fork until relatively homogeneous.
step 6 out of 8
Fill the surface of the casserole with the resulting mass. Distribute the cheese that has settled on top. We close the form with a lid or tighten it with a sheet of foil.
step 7 out of 8
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 gr. Place the casserole dish on a medium level and bake for forty minutes. After the specified time has elapsed, open the foil or lid and leave the casserole in the oven for another five to ten minutes to brown the surface.
step 8 out of 8
We take out the finished casserole, cut into portions right in the form and serve. Sprinkle the surface with chopped herbs before serving.

Bon Appetit!
