Who doesn't dream of quickly and simply preparing hearty dinners for the whole family? And everything is very simple: just use the recipe for casserole with mushrooms. The dish is easy to prepare, but it turns out to be rich and is always to the taste of all households.

Pre-cook the pasta.

Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry them in a pan over low heat, add medium-sized chopped mushrooms to them, fry for 5 minutes.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel and cut into cubes.

Then add them to the pan with other vegetables, mix everything, season with basil, simmer for 10 minutes.

For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour, fry for 5 minutes, pour in milk and cook for about 5 minutes until thickened.

Pour half of the cheese into the sauce, stir, add salt if necessary.

Pour the sauce into the pasta, mix thoroughly. Grease a baking dish with butter, put half of the pasta in it, smooth, then send the mushrooms with vegetables, then - the rest of the pasta.

Sprinkle the other half of the cheese on the casserole. Bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Then cut into portions and invite everyone to the table!
