Pasta casserole can be made with any meat or sausage. To make the casserole juicy, it is prepared with vegetables, and if you sprinkle everything on top with cheese, you get a great dish that can completely replace lasagna!

Cut the sausage into slices and send it to a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Peel the onion, cut it into small cubes and send it to the pan for the sausage. Fry everything until golden brown.

Pour raw pasta into a frying pan with ham and onions. It is best to choose durum wheat pasta so that it retains its shape as it cooks.

Peel and cut the garlic into small cubes. Pour the tomatoes with boiling water for 1-2 minutes and remove the skin from them. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. We send garlic, tomatoes to the pan for sausage and pasta and pour in the broth. We cover the pan with a lid or foil and send it to the oven to bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
