Usually, egg filling is used for pasta casseroles - it combines the ingredients into a total mass and provides a certain juiciness and density to the dish. However, you can do without eggs. Let's make milk sauce instead. As a flavoring accent, let's take sausages and frying of onions and bell peppers.

Immediately put the pasta to boil in salted water. In the meantime, they are boiling, peel the onions and bell peppers. Chop the onion into small cubes, chop the pulp of the pepper into small pieces. Heat the odorless vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the chopped vegetables. Fry the onion and pepper until soft and light blush.
Pour milk into the resulting flour mass and stir continuously with a whisk to immediately dissolve all the lumps. Bring the resulting sauce to a boil and cook for one and a half to two minutes over low heat. At the end of cooking add grated cheese, salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg. Mix thoroughly and remove from the stove.
