Pasta casserole with sausages, egg and cheese in the oven

This casserole is based on boiled pasta. We use sausages as a filling. For juiciness and density, fill the dish with an egg-mayonnaise mixture, and generously sprinkle the surface with grated cheese. In the oven, the casserole will be covered with an appetizing golden brown crust. We recommend serving the dish with fresh vegetable salad.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
You can boil pasta just before cooking the casserole, or you can use the rest from lunch. We put the products in a bowl. We clean the sausages from the shell and cut into thin transverse circles or semicircles. Pour the slices into the pasta bowl.
step 2 out of 6
In a separate container, shake the egg with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper, mix thoroughly. Pour the resulting mass into a bowl of pasta with sausages, mix so that each piece is covered with pouring.
step 3 out of 6
Lubricate the casserole dish from the inside with vegetable oil and put the prepared mixture of pasta, sausages and filling in it.
step 4 out of 6
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and evenly pour it on the surface of the pasta in a mold.
step 5 out of 6
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place the casserole dish on the middle-lower level. We bake for twenty five to thirty minutes.
step 6 out of 6
We take out the finished casserole from the oven and immediately serve it to the table while it is hot. Cut into portions right in the mold.

Bon Appetit!
