A hearty breakfast casserole can be prepared with a minimum of ingredients. All you need is pasta, cottage cheese and eggs. Fast and easy cooking in a pan is another huge plus of this dish.

Throw the vermicelli into boiling salted water. Cook until cooked. We discard in a colander.

Put the cottage cheese in a convenient bowl and knead it thoroughly until a homogeneous gruel.

Heat the pan in butter. After fully heating, reduce the heat.

We spread the vermicelli, keep in a pan for 2-3 minutes and stir. Then the same amount.

We spread the cottage cheese to the vermicelli. Mix the ingredients. Then we align with a spatula. We leave on low heat.

Beat two eggs in a separate bowl, if desired, you can add a little salt.

Pour the beaten eggs over the casserole. We distribute evenly. Close with a lid and leave on the stove for another 5 minutes.
