Pasta casserole in a slow cooker

There are a great many options for cooking pasta dishes. Pasta casseroles are easy to prepare and of course always filling. In this casserole, you can also dispose of the remaining pasta: they will sparkle with a new taste.

Boil pasta. To do this, pour two and a half liters of water into the multicooker bowl, add salt to taste, close the multicooker and set the Pasta mode. After boiling the water, put the pasta in the bowl. It should be borne in mind that for the casserole it is better to use pasta boiled to the al dente state. Therefore, you need to stop cooking pasta two minutes before the end of the cooking time, which is usually indicated on the package.

While the pasta is boiling, the onions must be peeled and cut into small cubes. Grind the tomatoes in their own juice using a blender in mashed potatoes.

Grate mozzarella and hard cheese on a coarse grater and mix both grated cheeses.

We check the pasta - they should already be ready. We remove the pasta in a colander and let the liquid drain well.

Pour vegetable oil into the bowl, set the frying mode, close the lid of the appliance and wait a couple of minutes for the oil to warm up well. Pour chopped onion into hot oil and sauté it for three to four minutes.

Add the minced meat to the slightly golden onion, mix everything well with a wooden or plastic spatula, trying to knead all the lumps of meat.

Pour the pepper mixture on top, pour the tomato pore in its own juice, add salt. Mix everything thoroughly with a spatula and simmer for two to three minutes. Turn off the Frying mode.

We grease the multicooker bowl well with oil so that there are no problems with removing the finished casserole. Pour a third of the pasta into a bowl, spread the cooked meat sauce on the pasta evenly around the entire perimeter.

Pour the mixture of grated cheeses onto the minced meat and pour the pasta on top again.

We spread the remaining minced meat evenly and fill it with cheese again.

Pour the last third of the pasta on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Now close the multicooker bowl with a lid and set the Multi-cook mode with 125 degrees for 15 minutes. You can also use the Baking mode. After the set time has elapsed, turn off the multicooker, open the lid and let the casserole rest for five to ten minutes.

Remove the casserole from the bowl by turning it over onto a dish. Serve to the table while it is hot.
