A dish from the "haste" category: fast, simple and uncomplicated. The composition is simple, and all the necessary products can be found in any refrigerator. However, this casserole can become a favorite among family dinner options, especially with children. Little eaters are not indifferent to pasta, and in this form, the pasta arouses particular curiosity and, as a rule, subsequent approval. A particularly beautiful casserole is obtained if you use wide noodles with curly edges, as in the photo: the cut of the finished dish will look like a relief woodpile.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Peel the sausage and cut into thin strips. You can use boiled, cooked smoked, dry-cured sausage, salami or ham. With any meat product, the casserole will turn out delicious. Spread the sliced sausage over the pasta in an even layer. Sprinkle the sausage layer with black pepper. You can also add any spices or dried herbs at this stage to taste. In a separate container, mix milk with water and a little salt. Pour pasta with the resulting mixture.
We close the form with a lid or tighten it with a sheet of foil with the shiny side inward. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 gr. and put the form on the middle level. We bake for twenty five minutes. After the specified time has elapsed, remove the foil or lid and continue to bake for another ten minutes, so that a golden brown crust forms on the surface. We take the finished casserole out of the oven and serve it on the table right in the form.
Bon Appetit!
