Using a frying pan makes the casserole process much easier. Zucchini casserole turns out to be tender, juicy and incredibly tasty!

We wash the zucchini, rub on a coarse grater and sprinkle with salt. Leave in this form for 10 minutes, then drain the resulting juice. For this dish, it is better to use young vegetables, with them the casserole turns out to be juicier and tastier.

We send the grated zucchini to fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil for about 10 minutes until soft.
