Cottage cheese and carrot casserole is a hearty and healthy dish. Such a casserole is prepared quickly and easily. This dish can serve as a dessert for tea, as well as breakfast or a snack. Thanks to the addition of grated carrots, the casserole acquires an appetizing and bright appearance, which cannot but cheer up!

Carrots should be peeled, washed and grated with large holes.

Place the cottage cheese in a suitable container, add grated carrots to it.
