Casserole with minced chicken and pasta

Delicate casserole with minced chicken and soft cheese crust. It is easy to prepare, baked quickly, and eaten with pleasure. To add juiciness, add a little bell pepper to the minced meat, and spread tomato circles on the surface of the casserole. Such a casserole can be prepared in advance, like a semi-finished product, and baked in the oven by the time of lunch. Baking will take no more than twenty-five minutes.

Boil the pasta in water with a little salt. Cook al dente products so that they remain slightly firm on the inside. After cooking, put the pasta in a colander and let the liquid drain completely. After that, put the pasta back in an empty saucepan, put half of the specified amount of butter and shake well.

In a frying pan, heat a little odorless vegetable oil and put the minced chicken in it. Stir so that the mass breaks up into small pieces. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Fry the minced meat for three to four minutes at medium-high temperature, stirring occasionally.
