Salting butter hot in glass jars

We sort out the mushrooms and boil them in slightly salted water for 25 minutes. Add a little citric acid to this. This will make the butter lighter.

We heat up a liter of cold water, add salt, sugar and the remaining spices to it. We boil for 5 minutes, and then add the boiled mushrooms. Boil for about 10 minutes and pour in grape vinegar at the end of cooking. We remove from the stove.
