Cold salting of mushrooms helps to preserve the integrity of the product. The oils prepared according to this recipe are strong, crispy and fragrant. The appetizer is sure to diversify your family table.

We sort out the oil, clean it from rags and dirt. We rinse and discard in a colander, allowing the water to drain.

For salting, choose an enamel pan. Put the mushrooms with their caps down on the bottom.

We alternate them with salt. Add dill, bay leaves and chopped garlic cloves to the butter.

In two days, the mushrooms will let the juice out and will be ready for further manipulations. We pour them into sterilized jars. Top with a little vegetable oil and vinegar (optional).
