Hot salting of purple rows

I suggest hot salting the purple row. The cooking process is simple and does not take much time. And the result will amaze you, and you will definitely not regret having prepared such a snack. You can only regret if there is not enough salty row. An appetizing mushroom snack ends instantly.

Clean the prepared mushrooms from forest debris and rinse thoroughly in cold running water.

Put the washed purple row in a deep saucepan and cover with cold water. Add a tablespoon of salt. Put on moderate heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook mushrooms for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and skimming off the foam.
