I want to share a wonderful recipe for canned ryadovka in a hot way. The aromatic mushrooms are balanced in taste and very appetizing. They can be both an independent snack and used to prepare savory salads and appetizers, which will undoubtedly become an adornment of a festive celebration.

Sort well, then peel and debris, and rinse the row in cold running water. Put the prepared row in a saucepan and fill it with cold water. Put on medium heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook mushrooms for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and skimming. Then drain the row through a sieve or colander.

Prepare the marinade. Put bay leaves, cloves, black peppercorns, allspice, granulated sugar and salt in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Pour in the amount of drinking water indicated in the recipe. Put on moderate heat and bring to a boil.

Tighten hot jars with mushrooms with sterile lids. Turn the jars with a row upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave to cool completely. Then move them to a dark place for storage.
